that all centers around feeling and being the best version of yourself that you can be.
She has also been Plant Based for 5 years.
Jessie grew up in GA but currently lives in NJ with her husband and 2 greyhounds.

 

What came up a lot was the practice of self care. When you are taking care of you, you can show up the better version of you to be there for others.
