Color, Color, Color... we talked about so much but I guess I so resonate with this quote.. who else here can relate? Hayley Aileen loves to add color to her walls, the clothes she wears. It is a way that allows her to feel expressive. This is a personal thing but this quote stood out, " I hate white walls". 
 
Hayley is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Registered Dietitian in Los Angeles. She owns Hayley Miller Counseling which provides nutritional counseling and psychotherapy to people with eating disorders and trauma.
 
She uses an eclectic approach to treat clients using Brainspotting, art, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and traditional relational therapies.
She works from a Health At Every Size framework which means she does not treat people differently based on size and believes people are healthy at every size. She rejects diet culture mentalities and helps people to nourish their bodies without shame or guilt.
 
Hayley loves working with people on improving their relationships with food and their bodies. She combines cognitive behavioral approaches with somatic approaches to help those achieve their goals while also noticing what the body is trying to tell them.
She connects with you on goals you would like to achieve while also noting any barriers that may come up.

Hayley feels called to this work because of her belief that everyone can recover from an eating disorder with a little help and support from providers.
