Jocelyn Boothby is an Over-50 Fitness Strategist, Scientist, and Personal Trainer who is determined to clear up fitness confusion for women in their 50’s and 60’s who just want to get in shape. She mentors women one-on-one to work-out wisely and safely so they can enjoy longer, stronger, more adventurous lives!
 
Jocelyn has experienced the power that food and fitness habits can have to drastically improve health problems. Her enthusiasm for wellness and movement have led her to become a certified Personal Trainer, Functional Aging Specialist, Yoga and Yoga Trapeze instructor, and martial artist. Jocelyn also holds degrees in Biology and Laboratory Science and has a dog walking and pet-sitting business. She works with women locally as a ‘traveling trainer’ and wellness educator, as well as online through fitness training and behavior coaching services. She has been a guest speaker for online summits, including the Leverage Your Life Summit.
 
She resides outside of Buffalo, N.Y. where she loves to walk, hike, ruck, and seek out adventures with her husband, parents, 3 children, and 2 dogs.
