Dan Markel was a well known law professor at Florida State University. In 2014, in the middle of the day, in a safe neighborhood, Dan was murdered in the driveway of his home. 

Almost immediately there were three theories that people believed happened, the ex-wife, a student, or a hit man. But why would anyone want to kill Dan? 

Police and FBI agents worked together following leads until they had an answer.
