In 1988, Lisa Kimmell was driving from Colorado to Montana to see her family, but she never made it. The police and media were asking people to keep an eye out for her vehicle, which had a specialized license plate that read LIL MISS, and this case would eventually be referred to as the Lil Miss murder case. As Lisa's case turned to a cold case, it was also believed that it may have been linked to a serial killer in the area.
