This Sunday is Palm Sunday! On Palm Sunday the waving of the palm branches declared the victory of the Messiah as He was led through the streets of Jerusalem. In the spirit of this significant day, Pastor David continues our series on the names of God with an emphasis on Jehovah Nissi - The Lord Our Banner! This name of God is found in Exodus 17:15: "Moses built an altar and called it The LORD is my Banner."   A banner is used to declare or advertise something. Jehovah Nissi is the name used by God to declare His faithfulness to His children. The name represents every good and perfect gift that comes from our Heavenly Father. His name reveals our identity as sons and daughters of the Most High God.  Jehovah Nissi is another name for the powerful saving grace of Jesus Christ and through His final work all the privileges afforded to His children.
