Ruth King, a celebrated author, educator, and insight meditation teacher, boldly declares, “Racism is a heart disease, and it’s curable.” In the month of May we are delving into King’s book Mindful of Race: Transforming from the Inside Out where we will learn to use spiritual principles and practices for racial harmony and healing. Join our Wholly Holy Uprising to co-create a world that truly works for all. This week we explore: Where are we taking holy risks to evolve and how often are we taking chances (opportunities) to let our Spiritual Magnificence be our experience?

Reverend Cassandra Rae is an unexpected minister! She was raised evangelical Baptist and spent her twenties as an angry atheist. Then she had a medical crisis, which launched her onto a spiritual journey of healing and self-discovery. Now she's an advocate for an empowered spirituality that embraces your humanity as the path of knowing your divinity.

Ranjit “Ranj” Singh joins us this week to share his music. He has a distinct Indian-Western flair that draws on his love for rock music and heartfelt lyrics. He refers to his unique blend of music as “Indo-Canadian Folk”. A spiritual journey for anyone who hears his songs. Click here for more information: http://ranjsingh.com/
