The spiritual path of awakening is one filled with all the things - nothing in life is excluded. Every experience and emotion can be a part of the awakening and not just the good-feeling-ones. While it might be part of our humanity to fall asleep or forget, it is part of our destiny to wake up and remember. This week using Sovereign Self by Archarya Shunya as our guide, we listen to wisdom reminders to give us the courage to see our shadow rather than run from it.

For our Live Music this week, we are thrilled to welcome Sophia Costello in her first appearance at CSL White Rock! Vancouver born and raised, Sophia is a singer, songwriter who discovered her love of music at the young age of nine. At 14, she started performing in local venues. Sophia is a rising star who was recently accepted to Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts, and will be studying music recording and production.
