Welcome to Episode 3, ya weirdos!

On this episode we take a trip with one of the most creative minds behind Brooklyn's dopest restaurants, Julian Brizzi. Julian has been in the New York hospitality scene for well over a decade, since his humble beginnings as a dishwasher in New Jersey he's opened Rucola, Grand Army, Celestine and Magazine Bar and he ain't close to stopping! We talk about the current state of the hospitality industry in New York, staying sane during a quarantine with two young boys at home and the wild ride that we both had being young and working behind a bar in height of New York's bar scene. It was a blast catching up with Julian and I really hope you enjoy it!

If you want throw a tip in the jar for any of Julian's bar staff currently out of work the GoFundMe links are all below, it's much appreciated!
