Christians and the Nazis: How We Treat the Disabled - a podcast by Daniel Dal Monte

In this episode, I go through a timeline of different approaches to people with disabilities. I chart the evolution from dismissive and ethnocentric ideas of Ancient Greeks and Romans, to the emphasis on individual dignity of Christianity and the Enlightenment. What we see in contemporary society is a struggle between this lingering Enlightenment tradition, and a move to return to the pre-Christian ways.
