'Degrees, Hierarchy & Resurrection'

- Steps in the Plan of Salvation are coupled with a Hierarchy

- The resurrection is a physical resurrection

- The Spirit and the Body are like 'Heaven and the Earth' of Genesis

- 'Jesus resurrected physically on the third day, so what are we teaching?'

- Death is a separation of the body and the spirit. Until they are re-united, there is still death.

- The footstool to the throne in the Holy of Holies, is the earth and God's dominion.
