Sefydlodd Teresa ei chwmni marchnata ei hun yn 2005 TBC Marketing a sylweddoli cymaint nad oedd hi'n ei wybod am redeg busnes llwyddiannus. Roedd y blynyddoedd cynnar hynny yn gromlin ddysgu serth a rhoddodd gipolwg gwych iddi ar y treialon a'r gorthrymderau o redeg busnes llwyddiannus. Sylweddolodd Teresa y gall fod yn lle unig ar brydiau, ond daw'r mewnwelediadau mwyaf o amgylchynu'ch hun gyda phobl o'r un anian sydd yno i gynnig cefnogaeth ac arweiniad.

Mae gan Teresa gryfder naturiol o fod eisiau datblygu pobl eraill i gyflawni eu nodau busnes eu hunain. Pa ffordd well o wneud hynny ond defnyddio ei doniau marchnata i hyfforddi a hyfforddi eraill? Dyna pryd y creodd gangen hyfforddi ei busnes. Ers hynny mae Teresa wedi hyfforddi a hyfforddi ymhell dros fil o berchnogion a rheolwyr busnes i'w helpu i fod y gorau y gallant fod ac mae'r canlyniadau ar eu busnesau yn anhygoel.

2005 Teresa Carnell set up her own marketing company TBC Marketing and realised how much she did not know about running a successful business. Those early years were a steep learning curve and gave her a great insight into the trials and tribulations of running a successful business. Teresa realised it can be a lonely place at times, but the greatest insights come from surrounding yourself with like-minded people who are there to offer support and guidance.

Teresa has a natural strength of wanting to develop other people to achieve their own business goals. What better way to do that but to utilise her marketing talents to train and coach others? That is when she created the training arm of her business. Teresa has since trained and coached well over a thousand business owners and managers to help them be the best they can be and the results on their businesses are amazing.
