One who says Ashrei three times a day is guaranteed a place in Olam Haba because:

a. One is using all the letters in aleph-beis to praise Hashem. (Except the letter nun)

b. It includes the passuk of ידך את פותח

There was a massive door at the front of the shul that had a big clock and when the clock struck

midnight it would flash Ashrei three times to remind the minyan to be לתפילה גאולה סומך at Maariv.
