We start this episode discussing Eric’s time at the NFL Scouting Combine representing Pro Football Focus. Eric shared that he was able to interview Vance Joseph, former Broncos’ head coach and that he was also able to spend time with Super Bowl winning, offensive coordinator, Eric Bieniemy. Eric’s interview should be posted shortly on PFF’s YouTube channel.

We also discussed the Big Data Bowl and how to appropriately incorporate new data and the new combine drills into our analysis. If you’re interested in the combine drills that matter, check out Kevin Cole’s work here: offense & defense.

The next topic we tackle is Should the Vikings extend Kirk Cousins this offseason? The arguments can be summarized as follows: Cousins or a Mystery Box vs. "if you're a LG away, you're really a QB away".

We wrap the show discussing whether Dalvin Cook should get a big-money extension, which positions are most in need of an upgrade this offseason, and which cornerbacks we expect to return.
