Lithuania has a bit less than 3M citizens, and already 3 unicorns (Vinted, Nord Security and Baltic Classifieds Group). They have also welcomed many international companies like Revolut, and participated to their development.

The country is small, but very active - and that's the main topic of our conversation.

Caszyme is a Biotech startup based in Vilnius, and aims to deliver inventions by novel and top quality research activities in the field of CRISPR based Molecular Tools.

Monika is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the biotechnology & pharmaceuticals industries as well as Technology Transfer leader in Academia.
