Well, apparently he was the OC with Vanderbilt and Penn State and has been the last few years with the Jacksonville Jaguars. So was this a good hire? Well, the jury is obviously still out but some seem concerned. The best approach right now is of course to wait and see what happens. If the offense doesn't improve under him after a year, we can start evaluating his performance. Right now let's just see what he can do.
