When we receive Jesus as our Savior and Lord, we enter into a relationship with God. In any relationship, the key to the relationship is communication. There are two important aspects to our communication with God - worship and prayer. Worship is often expressed in music, but worship is much more than being able to play an instrument or sing a song.

1 Corinthians 13:1 tells us in no uncertain terms, If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. Even musical instruments can be just noise unless there is something in the spirit of the music. What turns a noise into worship?

True worship happens in our hearts. It is posture of recognition that the One who has our attention, also has our commitment to serve and honor Him.
