Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding a study from Harvard. Finding that supplementing with fish oil and vitamin D reduced the risk of heart disease and cancer. Taking vitamin D lowers the risk of death from cancer by 25%. While fish oil with omega 3 fatty acids improves blood triglycerides.
