TUFF - Albums Unleashed What Comes Around TUFF would slug it out on the Sunset Strip for a while; building their core audience at clubs such as Gazarri's, The Whisky, Perkins Palace, and The Country Club. During this time, they'd be rejected by dozens of labels. Determined, the band would continue to tread the boards on regional tours through the Southern and Midwestern United States until Atlantic Records came calling.What Comes Around Goes Around, released in 1991, was produced by Howard Benson and mixed by Sir Arthur Payson.
