She betrayed her coven and has dabbled with dark magic but as the witches led by Agatha’s mother pass judgement her magical power absorbs the spells cast dehydrating and killing her coven.



Three hundred years later back in Westview, Agatha tempted by the immense magical power deployed by Wanda and drawn to Westview seeks to uncover the truth about Wanda Maximoff.With her twin boys held hostage, Agatha takes Wanda on a journey through her life to discover how she amplified her powers. The road of Wanda’s life is strewn with heartache and grief: From the death of her parents in Sokovia as a young child, the experimentation and testing by Hydra and the death of her brother Pietro to the love and loss of Vision at her own hands.



After being denied rights to bury Vision’s body by S.W.O.R.D., Wanda travels to Westview where she faces her final agony. She confronts her loneliness and the future she and Vision could have had building a home in this town. Overwhelmed with grief and pain she expels pure chaotic magic transforming Westview and in that moment Agatha understands who she is. Wanda Maximoff is the Scarlet Witch!Elsewhere, at S.W.O.R.D.'s forward field base, Acting Director Haywood prepares his weapon. Using the drone imbued with Wanda’s powers, his scientists reanimate The Vision.
