Dr Craig Roberts, Part 2, Senior Lecturer University of NSW - a podcast by Peta Cox

Welcome back to part 2 of my chat with Craig Roberts. We finish our chat talking about positive narratives within the industry, technology, uncertainties and the value of surveyors & the opportunities that are in front of.

Craig was born and grew up in Adelaide. He decided to pursue a career in surveying at University after a news paper article shown to him whilst still at school. After University, Craig worked for a couple of years with various companies after completing University, until the recession hit. That was his ticket to travel. Climbing has been the foundation of Craig’s life which has led him to travel across he world from America to Europe & Asia. Working for UNAVCO in Boulder Colorado USA as a Geodetic Engineer measuring Plate tectonics using GPS. After many years abroad, he met the amazing Chris Rizos which lead to his PhD & career in the Education Sector.
