You may know her from her roles on One Tree Hill, Chicago PD, and John Tucker Must Die. She is also blazing the way for people to own activism as a major part of who they are in their own lives. She has a loud voice on social media and is fearless in her beliefs - whatever they may bring. She is an inspiration to many and she doesn’t get stuck in her fear. She’s a mover, a shaker, and doesn’t get paralyzed by the “what if’s” of life. We talk about asking for help, taking your power back, being a work in progress, and if Sophia would ever run for office. She’s honest, she’s real, and she’s empowering women all over the world.
