Carolyn is a trained psychotherapist, energy healer, practicing intuitive, author of three books, has a psychic and counseling practice and works at Kaiser and UCLA. She shares with us her thoughts on the current state of the world from COVID-19, to George Floyd’s death, to the Black Lives Matter movement and how a lot of the issues we are facing are due to the fact we as a society have normalized things that aren’t right. We should all be expecting shifts, changes, and movement during this time. Carolyn speaks a lot about the connection between the divine feminine and masculine energy, how we must pay attention to the “mother” right now, focus on coming back to center, reconnecting with ourselves and Mother Earth, and how a lot of spiritual contracts are coming up for people right now. She even shares the self care she’s been focusing on to help her through these difficult times. But this episode is not all about darkness! Carolyn shares how we can harness the energy of these times to find our true purpose and be a part of the solution and the change in the world.
