There are many reason why we pass through bouts of mental illness.  One of the more difficult external  causes is abuse.  Abuse can come in many forms and almost everyone is affected by it at one time or another in their lives.  Mental Illness often flows about of abuse as a direct cause and for healing to begin and mental illness to be removed, the abused needs to be addressed by the victim and the Lord.
