In today's episode, I am joined by Nancy Ehrlich, vegan, animal rights activist, and environmental steward. Nancy lives at the Jersey Shore with her husband and 3 crazy, neurotic, warped, wall climbing cats. She has been vegetarian for 25 years and vegan for about 3. She is an advocate for animal rights and environmental stewardship and volunteers her time working with animal rescue and local watershed issues. Nancy also makes jewelry inspired by the Jersey shore, which you can find on Etsy under Chloe by the Sea. Nancy often holds fundraisers and donates portions of her proceeds to local animal rights and environmental protection groups.
