Bruce and Danielle started to get the BBQ bug when they took over the snack bar at Valley Center High School for their son’s lacrosse team.Being stationed in San Diego during the Navy, Bruce knew he wanted to bring Danielle back to “retire” there.
Coming to San Diego with no job but knowing they don’t want to do back breaking work anymore.Establishing the lacrosse team snack bar with the proper certifications opened the door for Danielle and Bruce to start catering and led them to their first competition at the Turf&Surf BBQ State Championship in Del Mar.
