Have you ever negatively impacted another runner's race, either knowingly or unknowingly?
Odds are, you have.
Most runners aren't going to purposefully sabotage your race, but a lack of awareness and perspective on race day can, and often does, show up as a lack of respect that impacts other runners on race day.
And for lack of a better word, that makes said runners douches.
Seriously y'all, don't be a douche on race day!
