How patient are you?
I think runners tend to be slightly more patient than others, but we still suffer from the desire of instant gratification.
And that is especially true when we try something new in our training, diet, or lifestyle
We want to see instant benefits, and if they aren't evident right away we tend to see the experiment as a failure.
But if we were just a little more patient, if we gave our changes a chance to work, we might be surprised by the results...
