BMS Dad’s Collection - a podcast by DJ Rhythm Dee (BMS)

This episode chronicles my youth and the music I heard growing up. My father an avid music fan and collector would turn our downtown Toronto duplex into a music forum. As kids, my siblings and I had a chance to hear Motown, Rock, Jazz, Ska, Rocksteady, Country, Blues, and everything in between. We looked forward to those Saturday nights when dad would turn on that old tube amplifier and drop the 45s and Lp(s). There was vinyl everywhere and great music filling the air. This is a tribute to my father and the good times he gave us listening and dancing to his favorite records.
