"Культурная революция" - оксюморон, или комбинация не сочетаемых понятий. 

Обидевшись всего лишь на одну единственную книгу, с 1969 по 1971 бригады "красных охранников" успели до камней вспахать 4000 лет культуры Китая и сами полегли во вспаханную почву созданной ими бескрайней военной диорамы. Путешествуя на бронепоезде в 1971 году внутри культурной иллюзии, Председатель Мао неожиданно для себя обнаружил, что вокруг него нет ни одного гражданского человека. До сих пор никто не знает, что случилось. Испугался ли он этого одиночества в выкрашенного в "хаки", или вспомил собственный стишок о детстве между горами и мандариновыми рощами в маленьком городке Чаньша, но "культурная революция" закончилась. Приблизительно до 2005 года от нее еще оставался хвост кометы - фильмы, книги и стихи интеллигентов переживших три года самокритики, чисток, дацзыбао и маканий в чан с отходами. Потом в "Стране Вина" взорвалась Нобелевская премия Мо Яня и упавшая ракета культурной революции тихо зашипела в луже кунг-фу блокбастеров киностудии "Урожай".

"Cultural Revolution" is an oxymoron, or a combination of incompatible concepts.

Offended by just one single book, from 1969 to 1971, the brigades of "red guards" managed to plow 4000 years of Chinese culture to the stone and themselves fell into the plowed soil of the endless military diorama they created. Traveling on an armored train in 1971 inside a cultural illusion, Chairman Mao unexpectedly found that there was not a single civilian around him. To this day, no one knows what happened. Whether he was afraid of this loneliness in khaki, or remembered his own poem about childhood between mountains and tangerine groves in the small town of Changsha, but the "cultural revolution" was over. Until about 2005, the tail of a comet was still left from it - films, books and poems by intellectuals who survived three years of self-criticism, purges, datsibao and dunking in a vat of waste. Then Mo Yan's Nobel Prize exploded in the "Land of Wine" and the fallen rocket of the Cultural Revolution quietly hissed in a puddle of kung fu blockbusters from the Harvest film studio.
