Дети - базовый ресурс будущего любого государства. Именно на них было и будет нацелено большинство экспериментов связанных с методами кодировки и модуляции информации. 

Если следовать базовому постулату теории информации, то "информация" - это сигнал, существующий только внутри информационной триады: "передатчика" - "канала связи" - "приёмника". До начала века триада существовала за счет выработанных веками методов согласования кодировок и фантастической устойчивостью канал передачи, способного сотни лет устойчиво сохранять информацию без мельчайших искажений. Были "люди" умевшие читать и "книги", которые можно было сжечь только по одной

Стоит выпасть хотя бы одному элементу и информация перестаёт существовать, пассивно дожидаясь, когда полностью будет восстановлена среда существования сигнала.

Особенно это заметно последние 30 лет, поставивших крест на существовавшей три тысячи лет практике чтения, визуального восприятия и непосредственного общения.

Обеднение общества информацией, снижение качества информации, бесконечное коммерческое тиражирование, монополизм и неизбежная "оптимизация" затрат на производство ведут к невиданным тектоническим сдвигам цивилизации и краху государств.

Children are the basic resource of the future of any state. It is on them that most of the experiments related to the methods of encoding and modulating information have been and will be aimed.

If we follow the basic postulate of information theory, then "information" is a signal that exists only within the information triad: "transmitter" - "communication channel" - "receiver". Until the beginning of the century, the triad existed due to the methods of coordinating encodings developed over the centuries and the fantastic stability of the transmission channel, capable of stably storing information for hundreds of years without the slightest distortion. There were "people" who could read and "books" that could only be burned one at a time.

It is worth dropping at least one element and the information ceases to exist, passively waiting for the environment for the existence of the signal to be completely restored.

This is especially noticeable in the last 30 years, which put an end to the practice of reading, visual perception and direct communication that existed for three thousand years.

The impoverishment of society with information, the decline in the quality of information, the endless commercial replication, monopoly and the inevitable "optimization" of production costs lead to unprecedented tectonic shifts in civilization and the collapse of states.
