#1. Brush twice a day, 2 mins each time
#2. Floss your teeth every night using normal floss, interdental brush or water flosser.
#3. Do visit your dentist 6 monthly. Stones or deposits will always form on the teeth over time. These deposit encourages bacteria growth on tooth and gum and cause the gum redness.
#4. Stop smoking
#5. Rinse with mouth rinse solution or warm salt water
