Breonna Taylor would be turning 27 today if she hadn't been killed by police in a no-knock raid on March 13.

Racism is a public health crisis. We as healthcare providers have a moral imperative to address it. Doctors Who Create stands in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement.

Here are some ways you can help:
Educate yourselves. Learn more about the history of racism in our country. If you need a starting point, this curriculum has great resources that you can follow for the month of June: bit.ly/junejustice
Volunteer, donate, participate in local government. You can donate directly to communities in need through mutual aid funds.
Here is a list: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Fw6ru83MuRaerWTCyPPjbcwIhXaXIqy_SbE_8bAyB2M/edit#gid=394516378 and https://docs.google.com/document/u/1/d/12y7-Wa4gi8HUeFTv17gPcbMGuVX5cqIudLJmhOrq1-k/mobilebasic

Be an active ally in your everyday life. Use your voice to speak out against the racism you witness and encounter. You have more power than you think.
