D.A. Pennebaker died this month at the age of 94. He was a pioneer of the modern documentary with films like "Crisis," "Dont Look Back" and "Monterey Pop." The last four decades of his career were spent in collaboration with his wife Chris Hegedus on films such as "Town Bloody Hall," "The War Room" and "Unlocking the Cage."
