Welcome to the don't lead alone podcast. In today's episode, I want to talk about having hard conversations. Whether it's talking about unprofessional behavior or disagreeing on a personal issue, these conversations can be very uncomfortable but so beneficial for the long run.  We'll get into the steps you can take to make it a safe space for you and the person you are having this hard conversation with.
