This week on ‘Don’t Shoot The Messenger’ Caro and Corrie discuss the bumpy start to the Women’s Footy season and question whether Gillon McLachlan should have voiced his concerns about the competition so openly. Caro makes the case for affirmative action when it comes to TV presenters expressing some strong feelings about Craig Hutchison’s choice NOT to have a woman hosting the Women’s Footy Show. Caro’s also been to another launch, for Sam Lane’s ‘Roar’.

Sadly it’s Vale to one of the most loved Australian journalists Michael Gordon, Caro and Corrie pay tribute to a great friend and great writer.

Town Hall gets dubbed ‘Clown Hall’ as the Lord Mayor steps down, and we reminisce on some of the colourful characters who’ve held the position in years gone by.

Caro took Mike Sheehan to the movies to see “I Tonya” and declares Margot Robbie a contender for the Oscar for ‘Best Female in a Lead Role’ a category Corrie agrees is one of the most fascinating awards competitions of the year.

In BSF – Caro’s been reading ‘Anatomy of a Scandal’ by Sarah Vaughan, it’s ‘Molly’s Game’ on the big screen and for those committing to Feb Fast we’ve got a delicious non – alcoholic drink courtesy of Caro’s Mum Julia.

Reality TV is making Caro very grumpy this week and in ‘6 Quick Questions’ everything from transgender athletes, the Winter Oympics and Scrabble etiquette are on the agenda.

Plus Corrie has another Kevin ‘Crush of the Week’ and a sickly sweet ‘Good Local Tip’.
