SHOW NOTES

This week on the show we ponder those things we DIDN'T achieve in lockdown. Caro and Corrie talk federal politics and how the Government las t week dodged a bullet - and why has Bill Shorten suddenly popped back up in our news feeds?

Of course we discuss the latest series of The Crown (Season 4), royal privilege and the portrayal of the Princess Diana horror story.

Caro shares her thoughts on the the latest goings on at the Collingwood football club and Corrie has a 'Crush of the Week' on Ron Klain, Jo Biden's incoming staffer. Are we seeing a return of 'good men' to the White House?

This week in our new segment 'The Cocktail Cabinet for Prince Wine Store' Caro and Corrie talk chablis. Tony Nowell for Prine Wine Store is our guest in the studio to chat about the William Fevre AC Chablis.

Rick Loader’s Lavosh Crackers
2 cups of plain flour
½ cup of warm water
¼ cup of olive oil
Tablespoon each of Nigella seeds and sesame seeds
1 teaspoon of salt.

Mix all ingredients. Divide the dough into three parts, knead a little then roll thinly (1 – 2 mm) on a floured surface. Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough to the desired shape and then spread onto trays lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds before baking (press salt and seeds in a little with a rolling pin so they don’t fall off when baked).

Bake in a hot oven for 6-10 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
