- 12 mixed bunches of Greens like 6 Mustard & 6 Turnips
- 1 large Bell pepper
- 1 large Onion
- 1 Jalapeño optional
- Half a cup of (Zipp Le’s Gourmet All Purpose Seasoning)
- Your choice of Meat…Smoked Pork or Turkey Ham, Ham Hocks, Neck Bones, Turkey Legs, Wings or Butts
- These meats fresh are also good or a mixture of both meats.
UTENSILS
- A Large Pot, a large Roaster, or a large Steam Table pan. (cook without being cramped or overstuffed)
- 2 Large Garbage Bags
- Paring and Butcher Knife
- Long Fork
