The Bible says Elijah was afraid (1 Kings 19.)

We all get fearful sometimes. The bravest among us can get afraid.

But even in our fear and isolation God sustains us, just as He sustained Elijah.

And just as God called Elijah out of the cave, in like manner he calls you to exit your cave.

You are not cave dweller – you are a mountain climber!
