Brittney-Nichole Connor-Savarda is the author of The EQ Deficiency, and founder and Editor-in-Chief of Emotional Intelligence Magazine+.

After spending over ten years of her life utterly miserable, allowing the triggers in her environment, skewed beliefs, and negative self-talk to control her, Brittney-Nichole decided to do a clean sweep of her life at the age of twenty-two.

Her journey in taking control of her life and creating fulfillment set into motion a chain reaction. Brittney-Nichole took an even deeper dive into self-care, psychology, mindfulness, awareness and the rest is history. What she was unknowingly practicing and developing was my emotional intelligence.

Brittney-Nichole earned degrees in early childhood education and psychology, is certified as a Neuro-Linguistic Program (NLP) practitioner, and HeartMath trainer. As a credentialed and respected “People Whisperer,” Brittney-Nichole specializes in self-awareness and emotional resilience and helps individuals, organizations, and families build deep, trusting relationships and discover a life of fulfillment, success, balance, and compassion— despite the chaos of the modern world. In essence, she teaches individuals how to liberate themselves from themselves, and how to leave a legacy beyond material wealth.
