He served 29 years in the Ohio Air National Guard and the United States Air Force as an aircraft maintainer and a Senior First Sergeant. His tours of duty included: Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom.

He is a business performance advisor with Insperity, specializing in small and mid-size business growth and success. His training as a First Sergeant and experience as a business owner provide him with a strong blend of insight and expertise to help business executives align their people strategy with their business strategy. This alignment works to contain costs, mitigate risk and generate revenue; ultimately helping businesses run better, grow faster and make more money.
