Today on the Drop In CEO podcast, Mike Tomasello reveals the insights he has gained on how powerful leaders ask for help after leading Fortune 100 companies to billion-dollar success. Listen in as Deborah and Mike discuss why CEOs need to ask for help, how vulnerability is a sign of courage, and how to identify what you want your career to look like.

Mike grew up in a small town on the Illinois / Wisconsin border and became a 1st generation college graduate despite a physical disability that cause him to fall asleep in class. Despite being discouraged by many from his ambitious goals, Mike eventually became a successful Non-profit executive, Million Dollar Salesperson, and eventually a Worldwide Corporate Marketing Leader with $1 Billion in strategy responsibility at the Fortune 100 level when everyone said he couldn’t. He currently lives in Los Angeles and still enjoys traveling the US and internationally to spread his mission of helping people be more fulfilled and successful in their work life.

When I began the Drop in CEO Podcast, I knew that the best advice we could ever receive was from people who had been there. Now that we're over 50 episodes in, I thought it was time to pool some of the best advice into a collection that you could use to elevate your leadership and start putting humans first.
