On today’s episode Rochelle Smith shares how her passion for building relationships helps her serve her team and her community. Listen in as Deborah and Rochelle discuss identifying individual talents to optimize your team, staying connected during the pandemic, and how being open to feedback helped Rochelle’s organization serve her clients at a higher level.

Rochelle Smith began her career in the long-term care industry when she joined Branch Brook Senior Care as COO in 2004. Her primary focus at Branch Brook was to strengthen the business operations of the residential healthcare business and create new initiatives to improve client experience. One of the most prominent initiatives she created was Clarendon Adult Day Center which she founded in 2005. The original goal was to fill a gap in the long-term care continuum that provided accessible supportive daily care for seniors while allowing them to continue to live in the comfort of their own homes.
