Since 2011, he has used 360 feedback and other assessments to help leaders maximize strengths and correct liabilities, often using Prosci's ADKAR model to ensure the awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcements needed for sustainable change.Besides his coaching work, Dr. Ward is a professor, a writer, a cyclist, a fan of fountain pens, and a Tai-Chi enthusiast.
