Hey all, it's Paul from Drums and Rums. Where the backbeats meet the spirits.

Episode #27. My guest is Jim Donovan who  co-wrote the hit "Send me on my way" featured in many movies and shows, such as the movie Ice Age.  Jim was an original member and drummer for 3-time platinum band, Rusted Root and fronting the Sun King Warriors as lead singer and guitarist. 

His mission is to share the healing power of music through education and performance. He also shares a technique to help you fall asleep which his TEDx Talk video has been viewed 4 million times.
