'Manners maketh man'? When Colin Firth picks a pubfight, dressed as a gentleman, most people are on board. And so is comedian, storyteller and organizer Emma Holmes. She is the face of many a night of laughs and improv in her hometown of Wageningen. And it's great that she's willing to cross over to Nijmegen to talk about Kingsmen: The Secret Service (2014).

The Matthew Vaughn romp was the surprise of the year for loads of moviegoers. Entering with fresh expectations didn't prepare you for a joyous mess of fighting and laughs, and a brilliant performance by Elton John-to-be Taron Egerton. For loads it was the best! But not for our host Ruud.

For him, this was the first time director Vaughn didn't reach up to his usual high bar. A fan of StardustKick-Ass and X-Men: First Class, this felt to him as a let-down. And finally he gets the opportunity to share his thoughts on microphone. It's nice of Holmes to be a good sport about this, and she's a joy to listen to herself.
