Andrew will explain how he "got started with a business with HHO from water in 2007.  In 2008 we got licensed to sell Bob Boyce® HHO sealed, series cell design from his 1981 gag ordered patent." He spoke at Tesla Tech in New Mexico, August 2015.

He is not a quantum physicist as Steve Elswick wrote in his brochure. He has been a graphic artist for 26 years.
