This week on Earth Matters we explore the current recycling issue affecting some Victorians as the Chinese Government ban on foreign recyclables came into effect on January 1st 2018. The Victorian State Government and the various stakeholders including some Victorian local councils (metro and regional) are all trying to work through how to best deal with this problem right across the state of Victoria.
