What are problem clients and how to handle them - a podcast by Dusty White

This episode runs really long (almost 90 minutes). It was a casual discussion between one of my private students (Mandy) and myself about the real-world experiences we all face in reading tarot for other people. Occasionally we all get a difficult client. Most people you read for have a good time and you two end up enjoying a conversation with value exchanged on both sides, but every once in a while you will not make a connection with someone. You can't read for them (for various reasons), you can't connect with them, or worse: they are just bad clients. Fortunately this last one happens extremely rarely, but we wanted to discuss what these things are like and how to deal with them. It is better that you know up front what fate awaits you when you read for a lot of people (in person or online, or even over the phone). You are not alone—this happens to all of us—and "it's not you; it's them." This is not assigning blame. It is just a statement of fact that you won't connect with everyone you meet in life, and the same holds true in readings. Not the most upbeat of lessons but one that is worth listening to if you have a long drive or a lot of patience. Let me know if you have any questions or post a comment below.
