Dry January Series #4
A month of exploring the most innovative non-alcoholic craft brands in the world & the sober curious movement.

"Back in the day we were told to smoke to be healthy. Today, we're told we need  to eat meat, we need to drink alcohol.  We're going to be the generation that reframes these social myths."

On this week’s episode of the Eat Green Make Green Podcast I sit down with the fabulous Zoey Henderson. Zoey is the Founder of London based Fungtn, an adaptogenic alcohol free craft beer company. We talk about how the idea for Fungtn came about, the parallels between the plant-based food space and the non-alcoholic beverage space, what drinking less has done in her life, why the decision to drink less cascades into many other positive decisions, why we shouldn’t have to constantly “reset”, the many unhealthy norms in society, what adaptogenic mushrooms are and why Fungtn uses them in their beer, her advice on how to drink less alcohol and live healthier, and why we should all be kind to ourselves.
